New Feature! Lead Generation Conversations – SMS Email Capture

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes creating some brand new features, expanding our team, and creating more robust integrations.

And among the new features, we’re proud to announce our latest feature called SMS Lead Generation Conversations!

Now you can easily build your email list and collect leads from text messages automatically.

Not only can you collect first name, last name, full name, and email addresses, but when you integrate using Infusionsoft we automatically send this contact information to your email autoresponder.

When you create a Broadcast, Followup, or Trigger you’ll see a checkbox name “Request more information?” This new feature will allow you to create responses to collect a First Name, Last Name, Full Name, or Email. By clicking this it will reveal a new set of features. This is using  our SMS Email Capture.

Create Customized Success & Invalid Responses

You’ll be able to customize your invalid and successful responses. Not only do we store this information inside of Call Loop, but if you’ve integrated with with a 2rd party email autoresponder like Infusionsoft, we’ll update or create a new contact, apply tags, set a leadSource, and even create a note automatically.
